As a Group Tax Consultant at Greenyard, you will work on a variety of corporate tax matters. This role within the Greenyard group tax team offers the chance to gain practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on ensuring compliance with both local and international tax regulations, including:
- Transfer Pricing
- Corporate tax and Pillar 2 compliance
- Tax accounting
- VAT
You will be responsible for assisting with tax reporting and filing obligations, as well as providing support on tax-related projects.
You will report to the group tax managers and collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team, as well as local finance teams across the organization and external tax advisors. This role offers exposure to various aspects of tax structuring, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities will include
- Monitor timely and accurate tax filings in line with local regulations across jurisdictions
- Prepare and maintain the intercompany pricing and transfer pricing policy according to the OECD BEPS regulation
- Assist the tax managers in maintaining the Pillar 2 compliance framework for the group
- Review of calculations of current tax provisions and deferred tax positions in the group annual accounts under IFRS / GAAP - involves cross-functional collaboration with finance teams across all jurisdictions of the group operations
- Tax research and analysis
- Conduct research on tax regulations in different countries relevant to the company’s operations.
- Assist in preparing tax reports, presentations, and memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support on tax audits and responding to tax authorities’ queries.
- Provide support to the tax managers in tax advisory on business operations and restructuring opportunities
Employee profile
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Law or a related field
- 2 to 4 years experience in corporate taxes with exposure to international taxation
- Fluency in English
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to function independently and proactively
- Experience with Microsoft tools
